Sholom Silvestri comes to Approved Funding with an extensive entrepreneurial background, coupled with dual Master’s degrees in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and Hospitality Asset Management from New York University. Most recently, Sholom was a member of Marcus & Millichap Iacono National Retail Group, one of the nation’s largest real estate investment sales, financing, research, and advisory firms, covering New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Sholom has a keen understanding of the real estate market and economic conditions, so he can seamlessly help his clients get the best loans with the best possible terms. He has a passion for the creative side of this business – developing and executing financing plans and watching them come to successful fruition. Sholom is excited about using his diverse business talents and knowledge to bring more value to his clients through all the systems and loan products available at Approved Funding. He is a lifelong resident of Bergen County, NJ where he lives with his wife Anna Olswanger, a nationally known children’s book author and literary agent.
