Josh literally eats, lives, and breathes all things real estate. Coming from a family of real-estate builders and developers, at age 18 he was initiated as a commercial real estate agent and bought his first investment property when he was 19 years old. Prior to The Einhorn Group LLC, Josh was the Director of Leasing and Senior Property Manager of SW Management in Manhattan where he was responsible for pricing, leasing, and managing approximately 6,000 apartments and 200 commercial tenants. Josh is also the founder and CEO of JE Partners Group LLC a real estate investment company that manages commercial, medical, and residential properties throughout the metropolitan area specializing in Bergen county.
Malka, the Vice President of the JE partners group, is the operational half of the team, bringing along extensive experience in project management. She has successfully developed and overseen projects ranging from large commercial buildouts to residential interior design through completion.
